Today in this meditation 24 we have the evaluation and synthesis, and Power Ripens Fruit. Today in our Telektonon readout according to card 20, which is the Cube position 14, you have the seal, Silio. So if you have been following the Telektonon instructions for the past six days you would have been laying out your Heptagonon of Mind cards. Today you would put the Silio card in the center. This is the absolute Cube position, the absolute position in the Heptagonon of Mind. So it's a Limi day, but Silio is connected in the absolute Cube position. In the way of synchronic order, we have a little preview of tomorrow. And today because it is a red Solar Seal we begin a new harmonic, Harmonic 32, Spectral Store. Remember Elegance of Liberation

On that day, we opened the Earth Wizards Seminary and raised the Banner of Peace on the flagpole here. To continue: we have the solar-bio-telepathic sequence of 6.18. Then, according to the Psi Chrono unit, we can look a little into the past, because on the Magnetic Human day we had the first day of the second week of the Earth Wizards Seminary. This is all what we mean by the synchronic order. Further, in addition to this being day 20, we have a new Bi-phasic Codon, which is Codon 13, People Organized - "Truth Evolves Way of Conduct." Finally, according to the Pulsar, this is the thirddimensional Mind-Form Pulsar. So the Red Root Race will meet today, and you will begin to prepare for the Crystal Day. In the Rinri Project today, the Rinri Precept is, "Hope is the Sunshine of Our Heart." This is a profound statement of holding for ourselves hope, as opposed to negative energies or ego energies.

Now we have considered a bit of the past and we will look ahead and we'll speak of the Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge Project. This is the only event sequel to the Harmonic Convergence, but I'll speak about that in a few minutes because I almost forgot my reading from the Telektonon Prophecy, "My count of days is perfect," this is for the Serpent section:

But since a human kin is the measure of the perfection of time 144,000 is also the number of days within a cycle of 20 generations. 12 x 20 generations is 1,728,000 days, the number of the Cube of the Law. But for God, one cycle more, 144,000 days more to entice Iblis to make his score a total of 1,872,000 days, thirteen cycles of God's elect.

The Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge Project is an act of telepathic mind engineering. The purpose of the Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge is to secure planet Earth in the fourth dimension in order to anchor the Timeship in the Fifth World of Prophecy, the age of the center. So I could feel from yesterday that the Radion is being released. The more we live in that present moment, the more that Radion comes forward. Valum Votan: Good morning Velatropan Chrononauts! I suppose you want more. You didn't have enough yesterday. I don't know what's wrong with you, but I do notice that it looks like some people are ready to take off, and maybe this is how we are all going to look soon. But I suppose you should stand up, you know who I'm talking about, the three of them ... okay ... Take a good look, this is your future. I'm not sure we should look like that at the airport yet {referring to outrageous head-pieces worn by the Red Galactic Serpents} ... So that's a good start. It's the Red Galactic Serpent team. I know the one in the front row here, it's his 38th birthday, so we should all be very happy that he's arrived in the future. He gives hope to everybody.

So this is Meditation number 24, we know this number very well by now. This is the "meditation on the prophecy of the superconscious mind of Velatropa realized as the fulfillment of the Law of Time." When we talk about this fulfillment of the Law of Time we are talking about increasing degrees of harmonic satisfaction. As we know, from the experience we had yesterday, when we have this sense of harmonic satisfaction we are also participating in a process of psycho-solar excitation. The psycho-solar excitation is the normal experience of the biosolar telepath. So there is always a kind of tickle or a vibration that is going across the top of your head - especially when someone starts shouting more numbers at you and you can't wait to hear the next harmonic cycle unfold inside your Corpus Callosum! You are now beginning to understand the experience of being an evolved species.

Also, Bolon Ik spoke of the fact that we have been here over 40 days now. I know from a conversation I had with our translator today, Antonio - If his experience is normal here, then we are all becoming saints. No wine, nothing to smoke for him, not even any coffee for him. I'm sure that all of us have gone through some process of giving things up here and no - we are not trying to create hardships for anyone. As we said in the last meditation, you sometimes have to change your habits so that you can have a fresh experience. Whether this fresh experience makes you a saint or not, it makes it possible to learn better. So that's the whole point or the whole idea of the Seminary: to create an environment where it is, at least, a little bit easier to learn, especially when you are learning something that is so mathematical as the Law of Time. As we have seen, in the mathematics of the Law of Time, number itself is meaning. That's why we get so excited when someone shouts numbers at us.

We know that when we have gone from the Bi-phasic Codon yesterday - we have completed Codon number 4 - and today we start the Bi-phasic Codon number 13. These are both in the seventh column. Well, there we are again, four is to seven as seven is to thirteen! See, you get a charge out of that. We're still there; I'm getting more excited. The 13 really gets me excited, especially when I consider that the 13 Codon is located in Tablet 5 and on Tablet 5, it says Cube 5, which is the Serpent. Actually, it says Serpent-Sex. And today is the Galactic Serpent, so we have that synchronization of the 5 and the 13; and we are in the Overtone Moon, the fifth moon. We are using all the excitement that we are receiving in the Overtone Moon to sensory teleport to the thirteenth Moon. So we have to create a kind of Rainbow Bridge from the fifth Moon to the thirteenth Moon, so that when we get to the thirteenth moon ... That it is all waiting for us at an even higher level at the thirteenth moon.

Also, this Codon 13, it's called the People Organized. Who is that People? Must be us. We must be organized according to the Law of Time, in our Earth Families, in our Pulsar Groups. This is the meaning of People Organized. When we look at that Codon we see that it has the sun, the Solar Vision Crystal triplet below, and above, it has the Time triplet, the three yang lines. It shows that the fire of heaven has come down below, to the Earth. But this fire of heaven that does not need anything material to be lit, because it is also the fire that is within us. It is the fire that we feel when we become organized as a people together.

Also, the Serpent represents the Galactic-Karmic Maldek. We have the Serpent in the day Kin, and the Bi-phasic Codon is in the Serpent Tablet, the fifth Tablet - and those both represent the Galactic-Karmic Maldek. But where we are in Tablet 14 is the Wizard position - and the Wizard position is the Solar-Prophetic Maldek. So this is a good day to remember the lost chord of Xymox, because the Wizard position in the Cube as well as the Galactic Serpent represent a coming together of the two parts of Maldek.

This is very much the purpose of following the 28-day cycle of the 13 Moon Calendar. As you recall, the orbital number of Maldek is also 28. This is very much to the point of the 13 Moon Calendar. We must again very strongly emphasize that none of these teachings of the Law of Time could exist if there were not the 13 Moon Calendar. None of these teachings of the Law of Time can have any success unless you are following the 13 Moon Calendar. That is why we continually have to also emphasize that - as we have all these so-called higher teachings - we cannot forget the masses of humanity who have not even heard of the 13 Moon Calendar. We have to balance our practices of the higher teachings of the Law of Time with the continuing spreading of the message of the 13 Moon Calendar. We need to have a calendar change because this is something that all humanity must understand.

This is something that actually is for the whole Earth. We must always continuously remember to sacrifice our personal for the higher good. We are not creating another elite club. The world does not need any more elitism. That's why the Bi-phasic Codon says the People Organized - that's all there really is - the people. Even the people who think they are the wealthiest and the richest are nothing but the people. All that the Earth recognizes is that we are the people, and that we all interact with each other equally as the people. The Law of Time gives us the coordination to move into different kinds of organism - which are the organisms of the Earth Family, of the Pulsar Groups the Color Families, and as we settle into our new communities, into the formations of the Clans, as well.

We are now referring to the 7:7::7:7, which, as you see, is a very high level of organization and coordination of our perceptions with the Radial Plasmas - and the final form of the re-organization of time. Today is not Friday, it's Limi 20. All the Limi days are what used to be Friday. This is the meaning of the 7:7::7:7 as the revelation of the closing of the cycle. It refers to itself as the triumph of UR. In the UR there is nothing but the people and they are living in harmony with the Earth.

This closes the prophecy cycle of the Chilam Balam, because all of the codes of the Radial Plasmas are coded in the Book of the Seven Generations. It is for that reason that there had to be something called the "Closer of the Cycle," someone who could decode the mathematics and the numbers and the hieroglyphs. It's like if someone says, "I'm going to run 20 miles," and then says, "Well I got as far as eight miles and started to get tired." It doesn't mean anything at all if he stops. It's exactly like that. We are running the 13:20 mile and the 13:20 mile takes thirteen years to run and the only way, absolutely the only way that you are going to notice anything is if you practice every day.

Now I know sometimes something will happen and you can't. But as long as your intention wasn't that you didn't want to, then you can continue. That is a very important point, especially because we want to make it to the Rainbow Bridge. This is very serious business. People are going to say, "What! You really think you are going to make a rainbow go around the Earth. Wow! Where do you come from? That's absolutely nuts!" No, that's why, especially, now from here to the Rainbow Bridge we have to be very disciplined with this practice. It's the very momentum of the discipline that is going to create the energy that clicks this.

I wanted to bring one other point to mind regarding the Winter Solstice of 2012, that will be occurring during the second week of the Red Rhythmic Dragon Moon: the Codon for that week will be Codon 59, Dissolving. I want to make note that the very last Codon of the 52nd week of this year, that precedes the Rainbow Bridge, is the same Codon 59, which is Dissolving. What are we Dissolving? We are dissolving absolutely any doubt that this can happen. We are also dissolving when we do that - because our mind is connected to the whole 12:60 structure - we are dissolving all credibility in the 12:60.

When we dissolve all those bases of credibility, we are replacing them with the 13:20 structures of the Law of Time. This is where the power comes from. When we talk about the consciousness shift, this is what we are talking about - that you are practicing these practices every day, that you are preparing for the Rainbow Bridge, that you are dissolving your attachments to the 12:60 world. When you get to that point in the Cosmic Moon, you are a pure 13:20 biosolar telepath. This little Seminary - you know, we originally wanted it to be thirteen weeks, because, as you can see there is a lot to learn, not only just learning in your head but feeling it with all of your body and living it. But we've had enough with the seven weeks, because at least it gets us half way through our equation 4 is to 7 as 7 is to 13. From the 7 we can jump to the 13, which is in the Cosmic Moon. At least we have enough of a taste of being able to deal with this, to create the consciousness shift.

This consciousness shift is absolutely necessary for the creation of the Rainbow Bridge. If you still have one foot in the 12:60 it won't work. We have to really be all the way. If we have the consciousness shift, then we can be in phase with the phase shift. There is a great phase shift that is occurring through the galaxy and through the solar system. We are being saturated with new amounts of cosmic plasma. The electromagnetic field of the whole heliosphere is being amped up tremendously.

As we know, by the Day-Out-of-Time, there will be a monumental burst of energy on the sun. We want to synchronize with this moment of the solar explosion. In our biosolar telepathic way we can participate in the impossible, so that in this way, by being in phase with the phase shift we can also participate in the Earth shift. We know that already there appears to be a pole shift in progress, so we are going to be involved in that. Pole shifts have happened many times in the history of the planet, but as far as we know in the last 26,000 years, there has not been such a pole shift. This is the first time that the human intelligence and the consciousness can be synchronized with this process. What we intend to do is stabilize this pole shift. That is the meaning of the Rainbow Bridge. In this way we have to be prepared for our final exam.

Over on the left side, here you have two biosolar telepaths, and over on the right side you have two more biosolar telepaths. These two biosolar-telepaths are standing up in front of you. This is the last Day-Out-of-Time and this is the last New Year's Day {pointing to lower left side of graphic}. Of course, we were very conscious of what we were doing and where we were on the Day-Out-of-Time, the Rhythmic Skywalker. We were at the citadel of Quetzalcoatl at Teotihuacan. On the next day, on the Resonant Wizard, we were at Amatlan, the birthplace of Quetzalcoatl - this is very conscious.

Here we see our biosolar telepathic energy - this is the Earth and the 13 Moons. This is from the Harmonic Convergence, the thirteen years to 2000. Here we have our energy going into the crystal at the center of the Earth {demonstrating time and energy lines focusing on image of the crystal in the Earth}. The crystal at the center of the Earth participates in a process of holonomic identification: at the bottom we have the doubleextended electron and at the top here, we have the mental electron. In the center we have the mental electron-neutron.

Here we have two more bio-solar-telepaths {now pointing to lower right side of graphic}. Actually, these are the same bio-solar-telepaths who have sensory teleported themselves to this place, which is the Day-Out-of-Time of the White Resonant Mirror, and also the New Year's Day of the Blue Galactic Storm. Here we have the movement of the next thirteen years, which is the counterclockwise motion of the fourth dimension - which we will be initiating at this point. It's very interesting that the White Resonant Wizard Tone 7 and the Day-Out-of-Time Tone 7 equal 14 and the previous Day-Out-of-Time, Rhythmic Skywalker Tone 6 and the next new year, Galactic Storm, tone 8, also equals 14 ... So that adding all the tones together you have the 28 of the 28-day cycle which coordinates each of these 13 Moons.

Above the sun, then, we have the master program which is coordinated by the four binary letters: time, space, mind, and radiance. This last year, the last Day-Out-of-Time and the Resonant Wizard year, we established the time and the space. On the Day-Outof- Time and on the New Year's Day we will establish the mind and the radiance. It's the mind and the radiance that will trigger the Rainbow Bridge. Above the master program, as it is coordinated, is the super program and the Hunab Ku, the master transistor chip.

Over here {referring to next graphic, "Earth Wizard Meditation"} on the right side, on the bottom you see the Earth with the 13 Moons placed over the Tzolkin, because all of this is absolutely coordinated by the 13:20 timing frequency of the Law of Time. Up above that you will see one of the very few self-portraits I ever did, sitting in a meditation type of posture with a galactic type of flower covering my body transported into the solar disk. Then above that, the Galactic Shield ... but this is merely to say that we need to all be in this state of being ... a state of absolute holonomic identity with: the Earth, with the Planet Holon, with the 13 Moons, with the 13:20 timing frequency, with the Sun, and with the Galactic Order. We have to be absolutely pure, clear, resonating tuning forks so that the whole vibratory frequency of the phase shift and the Earth shift can pass through us. Then we can do the job that we need to do in the ejecting of the Rainbow Bridge.

There are a few phrases that I have referred to that are very important for you to understand. That of holonomic identity, which is the basis of the Human Holon and the Planet Holon. You have to be absolutely identified through your Earth Family with the Planet Holon, and the position of your Earth Family and your Tribe in the Planet Holon. You also have to have the Holonomic Identity of that position within your own body - which refers both to one of the five principle chakras, and also, to within your fingers and toes. You have to have a complete Holonomic identity. You also have to understand that there is a solar holon which is exactly like the Planet Holon. You have to establish an absolute identity between the Human Holon, the Planet, and the Sun. So this is the principle of Holonomic Identity.

Then you have to maintain Holonomic Consistency which is the continuing consciousness to maintain the Holonomic Identity. In other words, during the time that we are talking about, to the greatest extent that it is possible, you have no other identity. You are pure vessels and instruments. The only identity that you have as far as name goes is whether you are Red Galactic Serpent, Blue Electric Hand, Yellow Overtone Human, White Galactic Wizard, White Lunar Wind, or Blue Galactic Storm. Whatever, it may be, that is the only piece of identification that you have left when we get to what is referred to as the "test zone."

Then the third principle is Holonomic Transfer, that you can transfer the Heptagonon of Mind - the Cube of the Heptagonon of Mind - from being around yourself into what are called Plasmic Ejection Bundles; and that also you can transfer this into a large Cubic Parton around the Earth, and another one around the sun. You can only practice the Holonomic transfer if you have maintained holonomic consistency with the Holonomic Identity. Okay, so we'll take a little break there and then we'll go much more into detail. Thank you.

Welcome back to meditation number 24, the Prophecy of the Superconscious Mind of Velatropa Realized as the Fulfillment of the Law of Time. The first phase of the realization is, of course, the Rainbow Bridge experiment. We were looking at some images that were kind of giving some little idea. But we have another one which takes the same images {Now demonstrating new graphic which combines previous two drawings with Rainbow Bridge image}. This one that we looked at on the left, and this one on the right. Then in the center we have the Circumpolar Rainbow Bridge in its fullblown glory connecting the seven dimensions of the 7 UR Earths. This image, which we also have on the side wall over there, actually demonstrates the principle of Holonomic Identity, because you have the Earth and you have the Families: the bar, the one-dot, two-dot, three-dot, and four-dot. This shows how, through Holonomic Consistency and Identity, we will be creating the Planet Holon. Also we have the Rainbow Bridge - and how we want to visualize it. It is actually a bridge that has one part coming out of the North Pole, coming around to the South Pole. Then 180 degrees on the other side, the other part of the bridge, again, coming out from the North Pole to the South Pole. This is the solar sphere above. This is all coordinated with the shift in the sunspot cycle on the sun. Precisely the moment when the sunspot cycle shifts polarity, that will be the moment when we eject the Rainbow Bridge to stabilize the Pole Shift on this planet.

This Rainbow Bridge is what we call the culmination of God's handiwork. It is really up to God whether this happens or not. If you don't really actually believe in God in the sense that it was not in your upbringing or tradition to think in that way, then we can speak of there being the one Divine Purpose or the One Invisible Magnet. These are just words, but it is very true that everything that we see is a unified whole and the Law of Time is the manifestation of a unified whole. If there is a unified whole there is one single principle of unification that makes it so. Because of this, there is such a thing as the Law of Time which is the conscious articulation of the primary law that organizes all of the universe according to time.

In this way, when we speak about this as being the culmination of God's handiwork, we are talking about our being in submission to the Law of Time. Our understanding that the Law of Time can only be so because there is One Higher Consciousness that we might call the Hunab Ku. Remember that the Hunab Ku means One Giver of Movement and Measure - it means the Only one, that there is no other one. If there were, they would be fighting for power and that is not the case. Only the humans fight for power in that way. In the sense of saying that they will actually destroy to maintain their power.

When we say that we are submissive completely to the Law of Time, we are recognizing that there is one higher; whatever we may think, there is one higher. It is in submission to this one higher that makes it possible to even dream of the Rainbow Bridge. So when we say, "How will we do it?" We have to say that we will do it because the Earth Wizards are in league with the Divine One. That is the only way that it could be done, because when you say in League with the Divine One we are not in League with two or three or four - we are only in League with the one. If there is one principle creator or cause of the unity of the whole universe, by being absolutely identified and in league with the divine one, then that divine one can use us to create the Rainbow Bridge.

This is what it means to be an empty vessel, to just be absolutely pure. In this way the work will be done, and it really is like that. The more deeply we can feel that, the easier it will be to pass your final exam. Everybody who is here - and who is still hanging in here - you are actually in a state of agreement. It was your will that brought you here. You wanted to come to the Earth Wizards Seminary. You thought it would be really cool to be an Earth Wizard, something that no one else in your town had been. You wanted to be that smart. Okay, so now that you want to be that smart you have a commitment - and that is to pass your final exam and to be the bold, outrageous human beings who actually dared to dream this dream.

The recording angels are up there and as you will note the Psi Chrono Unit for today is Kin 92, which is the Yellow Magnetic Human - and that is the last Wavespell of the year.

That means that the Solar-Prophetic Uranus took the transfer and went over to Galactic-Karmic Uranus. This is a very important point. This is what is called the Uranus transfer realized.

When we finally end the whole seven years of prophecy, we have taken Solar-Prophetic Uranus and put it in Galactic- Karmic Uranus. All the seven years that we have been going through the Earth Spirit Speaking Tube, we are always practicing getting to Uranus on the 28th day. At this time we will actually have all of Uranus there. This is occurring during the Solar- Prophetic Human Wavespell. By the fractal time compression, you have the Galactic- Karmic (Hand) Earth Wavespell. That coincides with the Solar-Prophetic (Human) Earth Wavespell of thirteen days - and those are the two Earth powers. Then we have the two Uranus powers, so that this realizes everything of the prophecy.

Those time tunnels are also identified with what are referred to as the flux tubes. On the sun the flux tubes are what eject the sunspots. It's the pulsation of the sunspots that creates the activity of the Aurora Borealis and the Aurora Australis. There was originally a corresponding flux tube system that connected all the planets at their poles. That flux tube system was broken when Maldek was destroyed. As we said, today we are connecting with the power of Maldek which has the orbital number power of 28, the same as the 28-day Telektonon tube connecting Earth with Uranus. This is all truth at the fourth-dimensional telepathic mind wave level. We are creating this through the power of our mind waves. When we realize this point - where we are completing the Galactic-Karmic Earth Wavespell (of the Dreamspell Genesis), we are in the Solar- Prophetic Earth Wavespell (of the 19th Spin), and the Solar-Prophetic Uranus is in the Galactic-Karmic Uranus Spirit Tower - then we are at that point where we can telepathically open up what are called the dormant flux tubes on the Earth. That is very important because it is the opening up of the dormant flux tubes that makes the Ejection of the Rainbow Bridge possible.

We will be placing a unified field time atom within that Cube, and we will be placing a large tetrahedron around that double Cube. Then we will be placing that time atom in the Master Time Molecule which is in the octahedron in the center of the Earth. We will be maintaining the vision of the octahedron: it will have a polar axis that has a red time atom at the top, in the northern part of the axis, and the blue time atom at the lower part of the axis. They will be going opposite directions to neutralize the axis. Then the other two time atoms, the antipode and the unified field time atoms, they will be going around the gravitational rotation, stabilizing the gravitational field. We are going to neutralize the polar axis and keep the gravitational axis stable. We will be doing that in the octahedron in the center of the Earth. It's very much like we are stabilizing a gyroscope.

I understood the reason for the existence of the idea of the Mother Ship. Originally, when the Planet Maldek was destroyed, there was a "transduction ring" between Maldek and Jupiter. That ring was to transduce the energy from the five outer planets to the five inner planets in the galactic direction and in the solar direction to transduce the energy and the information from the five inner planets to the five outer planets. When Maldek was destroyed, the ANATANA ring was also disrupted and it was no longer functioning. When the ANATANA ring was no longer functioning, then the flux tubes closed down on the planets and the effect on us, ultimately, was the breaking up of the flow between and within our own chakras. When the flow between our chakras was broken, which was corresponded to the breaking of the flux tubes, our spiritual power diminished. As our spiritual power was diminished, we began to lose our sense of beauty. That's how we could create such an ugly civilization.

The ANATANA, then, is what we will be invoking. It is also the magnetic alternator that distinguishes night and day and this describes what is called the Law of the Ring {referring again to "Anatana Alternator" graphic}. Down here you have your octahedron with the two time atoms that govern the poles and the two time atoms that govern the gravitational field. The T of the ANATANA is the same as the polar axis which is the power of 20. Then you have one ANA on one side and one ANA on the other side. So the one ANA governs the night alternator, and the other ANA governs the day alternator. So when we are focused on the meditation on the octahedron and we understand the power of this meditation, then this is how the rings will come about and take form.

The Earth rotates from the west to the east. When the sun rises there will appear to be a rainbow rising in the east. When the sun is at high noon it will appear that the rainbow in the sky will be conjunct with the sun. When the sun goes down in the west the rainbow will go down in the west. But after the rainbow has gone down in the west and the sun has gone down in the west, the night part of the bridge will rise in the east and at midnight it will be across the sky at the center point. It will go down in the west just as the sun is coming up. So we will maintain that meditation until you begin to see that. What this means is that the rainbow remains constant. It is motionless. It is just holding its own in space. So as the Earth goes like this, {demonstrating with small Earth globe} one half of the rainbow is always pointing towards the sun, one half of the rainbow is always pointing in the opposite direction, to the galaxy. As it appears to be rising and setting it is just the Earth that is turning, like this. The rainbow remains motionless. In this way it (the Rainbow Bridge) stabilizes the electromagnetic field and we will be looking towards a stabilization of the pole shift. This is basically what we are talking about.

Now all this information you will have available so you will be able to follow and study properly. The main point is this: if you can understand how this works and you can maintain the vision of this, then it will happen. Any time something can be placed in vision, then it can come into reality. Everything that we have here was somebody's vision first. Plastic bottles or bells - it was all a vision first. If you understand how to hold a vision and what actually is involved in bringing the vision to fruition, and then put yourself into harmony with others that are doing the same thing,then we can bring that vision about. This is called the "realization of the Law of the Ring which harmonizes the magnetic alternation between night and day."

It says that the night and the day were made as two signs, and that the night is for rest and the day is for accomplishing vision. So the night alternator of the ring is the telepathic magnetic receiver-transmitter that regenerates the dream, while the day sensory magnetic receiver-transmitter accomplishes the vision. So this is the simple principle of the Anatana, the Law of the Ring - and all of this is part of the Rainbow Bridge Experiment. It is for all of us to realize.

Some people may wonder what you are going to do with your crystals. What we need are the double-terminated crystals. {Now demonstrating drawing of "plasmic crystal") In the double-terminated crystal you have, it will be just like the bio-psychic axis - one end is the Mental Electron, the other end is the double Extended Electron. The crystal is the intermediary between the sun and the Earth. The Earth also has the double Extended Electron at one axis and the Mental Electron at the top of the other. At the center is the Mental Electron Neutron. You have your crystal, and the sun there - release, and then focus on that - that you are releasing the rainbow from the crystal and then placing it around the Earth. So it is the double terminated crystals to use.

In presenting all this information I would like to also just bring up one other point - that we are doing this because there is a problem on this planet. When they made the atomic bomb, they said there was a problem on this planet. They said if we make an atomic bomb we will be able to end the war quicker and the problem would be over - and they thought the problem would disappear. Well, we know the problem didn't disappear. We still have many nuclear weapons and many nuclear power plants, as well as many other problems, including the destruction of the Biosphere. So we say, "Yes, the world has a problem and we need a solution. We want to make the world better and we want to do something that maybe will help the problem go away."

Instead of taking a little atom and smashing it, to see how much energy we can release from that to destroy other people, we are going to take the self-existing electromagnetic field of the planet and engage that with our minds telepathically, coordinating a vision with some very precise points of the science of the Law of Time. This is why we are doing this. We know that something has to be done to make the world better, fast. So far, nothing else has worked, and the way the world is going with its present forms of leadership, we cannot see any solution. We have already had generations of people who have been breaking with tradition, who have been going crazy, who have been looking for some kind of solution, who have been looking for their real family, who would like to see ... a better world.

We looked at this program, and it's part of a program which is called the UR Council for the Theology of Peace. It is called the "14 + 1 Year Strategy and Design Program." It says here {reading from 14 +1 Year document}, "UR, the Universal Religion on Earth, is a conscious function of the telepathic plasmic order of science, otherwise known as the PUM, the Plasma Universe Model which is made practical and specific through the new spiritually applied sciences of the Law of Time codified as the 7:7::7:7; the 20 Tablets of the Law of Time; Rinri Project; Telektonon of Pacal Votan; and Dreamspell, the Journey of Timeship Earth 2013. All of this is to establish the new human community. The new human community is to establish itself universally across the Earth as a single network otherwise known as PAN, Planet Art Network, whereby its members may self-regulate their own affairs as a galactic culture of peace. Over the 14+1 year time frame for its generation and proliferation, this new human community on Earth is to arrive at a condition of complete autonomy and self-reliance in all matters. So by the completion of its term of gestation AD 2013 it will be evident that it alone is the carrier of the new evolutionary model to replace all together the old order."

So we are here in this actual moment in time with this vision. We are being given everything that we need to know how to function as planetary kin, holding equal power and place. This is a revolution. It is not a private club. This knowledge is for all human beings on this planet. On the Cosmic Dog day, we are going to hold a press conference here and anyone who feels called will come from the press. We will demonstrate for you how we must now fearlessly speak about this Rainbow Bridge. We must present this to all humans.

Please do not think that you are unique as a human being. You just happened to be the chosen as those whose cells woke up first. You all came here and you really didn't know why in some sense. But you can be assured you will not be able to go back and fall back into your old ways, because if you do go backwards, you will fall very far. We say we are messengers and we come with the good news, but we come with the warning: if you keep your backpack on with your ego intact, and you put all the codes into your backpack and think you have accomplished them all, you will fall very far. But if you open your backpack and share with all the people around you, your family, your loved ones, everyone that you have left at home, and if you live without fear and give everything that you have all the time, God will know this and he will take care of you. This is how we live. When we surrender to the Divine Plan we will be amazed at how much energy we actually have. I can tell you it takes incredible energy to keep your egos going - and this is very negative energy. Anyone who says that they have completely conquered their ego, watch out humans! But anyone who can laugh at themselves when they make a mistake, you can let a lot of light in during those moments.
