So if you have been following the Telektonon instructions for the past six days you would have been laying out your Heptagonon of Mind cards. Today you would put the Silio card in the center. This is the absolute Cube position, the absolute position in the Heptagonon of Mind. Today because it is a red Solar Seal we begin a new harmonic, Harmonic 32, Spectral Store. When we talk about this fulfillment of the Law of Time we are talking about increasing degrees of harmonic satisfaction. When we have this sense of harmonic satisfaction we are also participating in a process of psycho-solar excitation. The psycho-solar excitation is the normal experience of the biosolar telepath. You are now beginning to understand the experience of being an evolved species.

We know that when we completed Codon number 4 yesterday and today we start the Bi-phasic Codon number 13. These are both in the seventh column. Well, there we are again, four is to seven as seven is to thirteen! The 13 Codon is located in Tablet 5 and on Tablet 5, it says Cube 5, which is the Serpent. Actually, it says Serpent-Sex. And today is the Galactic Serpent, so we have that synchronization of the 5 and the 13; and we are in the Overtone Moon, the fifth moon. We are using all the excitement that we are receiving in the Overtone Moon to sensory teleport to the thirteenth Moon.

It is actually a bridge that has one part coming out of the North Pole, coming around to the South Pole. Then 180 degrees on the other side, the other part of the bridge, again, coming out from the North Pole to the South Pole.

Only when you truly see this can you approach the vision of the Rainbow Bridge. So when we say, "How will we do it?" We have to say that we will do it because the Earth Wizards are in league with the Divine One.

It was your will that brought you here. You wanted to come to the Earth Wizards Seminary. You thought it would be really cool to be an Earth Wizard. So now you have a commitment - and that is to pass your final exam and to be the bold, outrageous human beings who actually dared to dream this dream.

The recording angels are up there and as you will note the Psi Chrono Unit for today is Kin 92, which is the Yellow Magnetic Human - and that is the last Wavespell of the year. That's the Wavespell in the middle of which is the Day-Out-of-Time. We need to put this into the Psi Bank right now so that when that day rolls around the Yellow Magnetic Human, which will be the 23rd day of the Cosmic Moon, that all of this will have been registered.

There are a few phrases that are very important for you to understand. That of holonomic identity, which is the basis of the Human Holon and the Planet Holon. You have to be absolutely identified through your Earth Family with the Planet Holon. Then the second principle is Holonomic Consistency - the continuing consciousness to maintain the Holonomic Identity. In other words, during the time that we are talking about, to the greatest extent that it is possible, you have no other identity. You are pure vessels and instruments. The only identity that you have as far as name goes is your galactic signature.

Then the third principle is Holonomic Transfer, that you can transfer the Heptagonon of Mind - the Cube of the Heptagonon of Mind - from being around yourself into what are called Plasmic Ejection Bundles; and that also you can transfer this into a large Cubic Parton around the Earth, and another one around the sun. You can only practice the Holonomic transfer if you have maintained holonomic consistency with the Holonomic Identity.

The Rainbow Bridge - when we speak about this as being the culmination of God's handiwork, we are talking about our being in submission to the Law of Time. Only the humans fight for power in that way. When we say that we are submissive completely to the Law of Time, we are recognizing that there is one higher. It is in submission to this one higher that makes it possible to even dream of the Rainbow Bridge. If there is one principle creator or cause of the unity of the whole universe, by being absolutely identified and in league with the divine one, then that divine one can use us to create the Rainbow Bridge.

The Earth goes from west to east. As the sun rises you'll see the rainbow in the east. At midday the rainbow will be in the sky and merged with the sun. As the sun goes down in the west, the rainbow will go down in the west. But after the rainbow has gone down in the west, the night part of the bridge will rise in the east and at midnight it will be across the sky at the center point. It will go down in the west just as the sun is coming up. So we will maintain that meditation until you begin to see that. The rainbow remains constant. It is motionless. As the Earth goes around, one half of the rainbow is always pointing towards the sun, one half of the rainbow is always pointing in the opposite direction, to the galaxy. The rainbow remains motionless. In this way it stabilizes the electromagnetic field and we will be looking towards a stabilization of the pole shift.

In presenting all this information I would like to also just bring up one other point - that we are doing this because there is a problem on this planet. Instead of taking a little atom and smashing it to see how much energy we can release to destroy other people, we are going to take the self-existing electromagnetic field of the planet and engage that with our minds telepathically. We know that something has to be done to make the world better, fast. We have already had generations of people who have been breaking with tradition, who have been going crazy, who have been looking for some kind of solution, who have been looking for their real family, who would like to see ... a better world.

All of this is to establish the new human community. The new human community is to establish itself universally across the Earth as a single network otherwise known as PAN, Planet Art Network..."

When we surrender to the Divine Plan we will be amazed at how much energy we actually have.
